1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the Advenity service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which includes:

Information website at https://advenity.group (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”);
Web application at https://advenity.online (hereinafter referred to as the “Web Application”);
Advenity mobile application for iOS, distributed through the Apple App Store (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application”).

By using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with the terms of the Policy, discontinue using the Service.

The Policy is developed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, Apple App Store requirements for processing user data, and applicable Google Analytics requirements for data processing through web analytics services.

2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Data Processed on the Site
When visiting the Site, the following data is automatically collected:

IP address of the device;
Browser type and version, operating system type;
Referrer source, URL of the visited page, date and time of visit;
Cookies, including session and analytical cookies;
Anonymized web analytics data (page behavior, session duration).
If you submit a request through the feedback form on the Site, we additionally process:

Name;
Email address;
Contact phone (if provided);
Organization name (if provided);
Message text submitted through the form.
2.2. Account Data in the Web Application and Mobile Application
Login and password are created and issued by the Operator under a service agreement. Self-registration is not provided. You enter the issued account data upon first login.

2.3. Profile Information
First and last name;
Client organization name;
Role in the system (Client / Administrator).
2.4. Message and Attachment Content
Text of chat messages;
Images, videos, and files (up to 15 MB) attached to messages and tasks;
Quoted messages (reply), read receipts, edit marks.
2.5. Technical Data of the Web Application and Mobile Application
Apple Push Notification device identifier (APNs token) and Firebase Cloud Messaging token (FCM) — for delivering push notifications to the Mobile Application;
Application and operating system version — for technical support and error correction;
Date and time of login, session IP address — for security and logging.
2.6. Data We DO NOT Collect
User’s phonebook contacts;
Geolocation;
Browsing, search, or location history outside the Service;
Biometric data;
Financial account and payment card information;
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) and any data for cross-site or cross-app tracking for advertising purposes.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

Providing information about the Service through the Site and processing incoming requests through feedback forms;
User identification and authentication in the Web Application and Mobile Application;
Provision of services under the concluded agreement (site support, server support, etc.);
Exchanging messages with the Operator’s team through the built-in chat;
Storing and delivering documents (invoices, acts) and information under the agreement;
Delivering push notifications about new messages, tasks, and documents;
Analyzing visitor behavior on the Site in an anonymized form to improve the structure and content of the Site;
Technical support and error correction of the Service;
Ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized access;
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
The processing of personal data is carried out on the following legal grounds, where applicable:

Consent of the personal data subject, expressed when using the Service (including by continuing navigation on the Site, submitting a feedback form, or logging into the Application);
Performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party;
Legitimate interests related to operating, securing, and improving the Service;
Performance of obligations imposed on the Operator by applicable law.
5. Cookies and Web Analytics
When using the Site, the following categories of cookies may be installed on the user’s device:

Technically necessary cookies — ensure the basic operation of the Site (session preservation, language switching, cookie banner display). Without them, the Site cannot function correctly. Consent to their use is implied by the fact of visiting the Site.
Analytical cookies — set by the Google Analytics web analytics service (if used on the Site) to collect anonymized visit statistics: number of visits, referral sources, page behavior, session duration. Tags and user actions are recorded in an anonymized form.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. This may limit the functionality of the Site.

The Mobile Application does not use cookies and does not perform cross-site or cross-app tracking for advertising purposes. In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy, the Mobile Application does not request tracking permission.

6. Data Transfer to Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not transfer it for advertising purposes.

Transfer of some data to third parties is carried out solely to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Service:

Google LLC — processing anonymized web analytics data on the Site (if Google Analytics is connected to the Site). Data is processed in accordance with Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Apple Inc. — delivery of push notifications to the Mobile Application through Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). The device’s APNs token is transmitted.
Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — formation and routing of push notifications. The device’s FCM token and notification text (title and brief content) are transmitted.
Service hosting provider — processing and storage of data in secure data centers.
We may disclose your data upon a valid legal request from competent authorities in cases required by applicable law.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Some push notifications of the Mobile Application are routed through the infrastructure of Apple and Google, whose servers may be located outside your country or region. In such cases, only the minimum set of technical data necessary for notification delivery is transmitted (device token, title, and brief text). Message content and attachments are stored on the Service’s secure servers.

Site web analytics (if Google Analytics is used) is processed on Google infrastructure and may involve international data transfers in accordance with Google’s applicable terms and safeguards.

8. Data Storage and Protection
Personal data of users of the Web Application and Mobile Application is stored on secure servers for the duration of the contract with the client and for three years after its termination, unless a different period is established by applicable law.

Data from the Site’s feedback forms is stored for three years from the last user contact, unless a different period is established by law or required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Anonymized web analytics data is stored for periods determined by the web analytics service.

To protect data, the following measures are applied:

Transmission channel encryption (HTTPS / TLS);
Storage of passwords as cryptographic hashes;
Role-based access control;
Administrator action logging;
Regular backups.
After the expiration of the storage period, personal data is anonymized or destroyed.

9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

Receive information about the composition of processed personal data and the purposes of their processing;
Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing;
Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
Appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to a competent data protection authority, regulator, or court.
To exercise the listed rights, send a written request to the email address specified in section 1 of this Policy. The response time to the request is no more than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

10. Withdrawal of Consent and Account Deletion
To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and delete an account, send a request to the email address specified in section 1. In the request, specify your name, organization name, and login in the Service.

Upon receipt of the request, the account will be deactivated within 7 business days. The content of the chat, documents, and task history related to the deleted account may be retained on servers for the period required by applicable law, but not more than the period specified in section 8.

To delete data submitted through the Site’s feedback form, send a separate request to the same email address, indicating the contact details used when submitting the form.

11. Use by Children
The Service is intended for use by competent representatives of client organizations. The Service is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental or legal guardian consent, contact us to delete this data.

12. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version of the Policy is always available at https://advenity.group/privacy-policy/. We will additionally notify you of significant changes through the Service or by email.

The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document. Continuing to use the Service after the publication of changes signifies your agreement with the new version of the Policy.
